Drawing on more than a decade of hands-on experience in leasing, operations, and investor support, our company exists to make owning and renting a home in El Paso easier, smoother, and more rewarding.

Meet our Property Manager
Since 2011, Jennifer Huereca has built her real estate career from the ground up, becoming one of El Paso’s go-to resources for professional property management and residential real estate.
Jennifer entered the industry in 2011 as a property management secretary, learning the business from behind the scenes and supporting day-to-day operations. Recognizing her passion for real estate, she earned her Texas real estate sales agent license in 2012 and stepped into the role of assistant to a property manager, where she spent the next three years coordinating maintenance, leasing, tenant relations, and owner communication.
With a solid foundation in both administration and operations, Jennifer then joined an ERA franchise real estate office in El Paso, where she was instrumental in launching and growing the property management department. Over roughly six years, she helped build systems, policies, and marketing that supported owners, investors, and tenants, while deepening her expertise in compliance, leasing, and portfolio growth.
After her success with ERA, Jennifer took on a new challenge at another El Paso real estate company, once again helping to start and expand a property management division. There, she refined her model for service, communication, and long-term client relationships, spending about a year testing and fine-tuning the approach that would eventually become the backbone of her own brand.
In 2023, Jennifer turned more than a decade of experience into her own firm, El Paso Renters, LLC, a dedicated property management company serving homeowners, investors, and tenants across the El Paso area. She currently practices as a Texas REALTOR® and property manager with El Paso Renters, LLC, focusing on full-service management, leasing, and investor support.
Known for her attention to detail, strong communication, and commitment to ethical practice, Jennifer guides clients through everything from tenant screening and lease-ups to renewals, make-readies, and move-outs. Whether she’s helping an investor stabilize a portfolio or a first-time landlord navigate their very first lease, she brings the same steady, service-oriented approach to every transaction.
